Make the pickup easy to identify

Frequently asked questions

Can I request a pickup time before my evening ends? Share your preferred time and confirm availability. Discuss how to handle changes rather than assuming an open-ended pickup.

What if our group is in different venues? Choose one meeting point or request the additional pickups when asking for a quote. Confirm whether the proposed stops can be included.

What if my rental address is hard to locate? Send the full address, map pin, gate name and any entry instructions. Confirm the final drop-off before leaving La Placita.

Is the return included in an earlier outbound ride? Do not assume so. Confirm the return reservation, passenger count, vehicle, fare and meeting instructions directly.
